Paper Submission
Dear Author,
Please refer to our guidelines below before preparing your paper.
To be included in the conference proceedings, at least one author of each paper must register and attend the conference.
PREPARATION OF PAPER

For submission of a paper for review, the number of pages should be between 5 and 8 pages (inclusive of diagrams and graphs).

The paper submissions must follow the detailed paper template posted below. The organiser reserves the right to reject papers that do not comply with the prescribed template.

You will be notified of the mode of your presentation (oral or poster) AFTER the review of the paper.

ONLINE PAPER SUBMISSION

- This system requires the use of a web browser that supports JavaScript and HTML.
- For best results, we recommend the latest version of INTERNET EXPLORER.
Submission Procedure
- Prepare your paper using the paper template. Save it as a MS Word document, name it using your submission ID (eg, HYA00XXX-00XXX).
- Click on the link below to access the online submission system.
- You have to login using your email address and password that was issued in the email “HIC 2012 – Instructions on paper submission”. If you did not receive this email or have misplaced it, please write to: submission@inmeetpro.com.sg with your paper title and authors’ names to request for the email to be resent to you.
- Please do NOT create a new account as you will NOT be able to submit the paper without an accepted abstract.
- Upon login, you will see your accepted abstract details. Please follow the instructions posted to submit your paper.
- An email will be sent to you upon successful submission of your paper.
- You may edit your paper any time before the stipulated deadline or the assignment of your paper for review (whichever comes earlier). You will need your email address and your password to re-enter the system to edit your abstract.

Submission of an article is understood to imply that the article is original and unpublished and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
